Excellent experience with this company. I rented a U-Haul for a move and the woman that assisted me went well above and beyond, even out of her way to help me. I would definitely use this company again!!
The staff are very professional, patient with clients, helpful in every way. I have had my personal belongings in. Gate 5 Self Storage since December 2015 and I am a truly satisfied customer. They talk to you with respect and listen to your problems when you call and are sympathetic to any hardships you maybe experiencing. They take time out for customers and don't rush you off the phone. Thanks so much to Beverly and the entire staff of Gate 5 Self Storage for all of the assistance you all have given me over the couple of years, I appreciate you all.

Matt and Kikkie went out of their way to help me in a last minute move. I walked in with many questions and they had no problem researching and providing solutions to all of them! We all found out how many types of moving supplies you can fit into a mid-size compact car.... very interesting. So refreshing to know that TRUE customer service is still ALIVE!!!!
