Always slow not enough workers they are working hard but nothing getting done effeciently
My food wasnt ready I was told to pull up it would take about 4 mins. After about 10 mins I went back to the window to see what was the problem. They just looked at me sitting at the window.
Service is real crappy. It was near closing when I placed my order it took almost an hr to receive my food. And they continued to take orders. Need to get their heads on right and give people the right orders
They did a miss count on my eleven pieces of chicken Sunday but it still deserves a five star.
First they need to make sure they count each piece of chicken that they put in the box. For example: I ordered a 9 pc spicy chicken box. I only received 8. It's not a big deal but when you're paying for a certain amount, you'll like to see 9 pieces of chicken in the box.
