The owner don't fix anything I had water leaking from under my sink for about 6 months I've called several times about it they come in say they can't find the leak and then try and bill me because they cant find it when it literally water not dripping but a big leak. MOLD has grown around the whole side wall of the kitchen and when I told them they just gave me bleach cleaner and TRIED to fix the leak AGAIN but it only lasted like 3 days before it was back. Then they act like your inconvenience when u call. I have a one yr old. My lease is up in 4 months I'm just counting the day I hate ray Fredericks!!
If you have student loans, dont bother. I was referred to this company and I made more than 3 times the amount of rent (Closer to 4). I have great rental history and was paying 200 more a month (never late) at my previous place. Tony informed me that since I had student loans (that are not in default, I'm still in school). He also told me nobody would rent to me, unless I found a slum lord.
I found that very unprofessional looking back at the situation. Military cannot be discriminated against and for them to tell us that was unlawful.
We are a military family that was moving to the Augusta area in Dec of 2015. It was for a career course so at most 7months which I fully disclosed. Yes, they were probably one of 3 realtors that actually promptly returned my call but it wasn't what we expected. They told us they would never rent to us because we weren't going to be able to fulfill a year long lease even though they have a military clause in their leases. The agent went as far as telling me that no realtor would rent to us in Augusta since we were only going to be doing a career course.
People here were very friendly and the rep we worked with was form my area in South Ga. Was extremely informative on the neighborhoods and able to set realistic openings. Rep was also punctual which is more the I can say for our current realtors.
