2 very rude and disrespectful women

Night shift won't give me my items

Terrible. I don't know about the other shifts, but when I was there at 8:30 this morning , the two ladies working were some of the rudest that I have ever seen in the service industry. If a customer overlooks an item you show them where it is politely. You don't yell across the store at them , talk to them like they are stupid , and embarrass them in front of half a dozen other customers. I stop at this store every morning to buy coffee , top off my gas tank , and occasionally I will buy a hot dog to eat on the way to work. I spend an average of $70 a week in gas at this location. I will not be stopping there again. I will spend more for gas somewhere else before I put up with that again. The management needs to step up and train their people on how to properly treat customers. On a side note. This incident happened right in front of a new cashier that they were training. Even she looked embarrassed about the situation.

Great honest service

Management of this particular Sprint Food Store is terrible based on an incident that I was very shocked to see handled as poorly as it was handled. On Tuesday, 7/28/15, I stopped at this location & witnessed a tall, obese black male employee running out the front door of the store & then punching a white male in the face, after the white male turned away from the employee stating that he did not want to fight. No one checked on the gentleman that was bleeding profusely from his mouth. In fact, the other employee that had ran outside following the first employee was only heard yelling at the first employee that he was not to go outside & start any trouble. Apparently it's considered okay to chase customers down after they leave the store & punch them while they are attempting to walk away from violence. Is this really the way Sprint Food Stores want their customers treated? Even though I was not the one involved in the altercation, as a white person, I felt very threatened by what happened & by what I witnessed. I used to stop at this location frequently because it's along my route to work as a professional with a four year degree in the medical field in Augusta, but I will not ever feel safe stopping at this location again. If the employees don't have more control over themselves than to do something like this, then why should I feel safe shopping at this location? I hope the male that was chased down by the employee & punched in the face sues the pants off the owner of this establishment! If this employee reacted with such violence once, it's certain to happen again if it hasn't already happened. Do they even do background checks anymore? The owner should definitely be more careful when hiring employees. This employee definitely had issues with following the instructions he was given by his manager. He completely ignored her & did what he chose to do without thinking about the consequences of his actions. How embarrassing for the manager! Or maybe this is how she handles her employees...by letting them do whatever they choose. To sum this up....be very careful if you are stopping at this location for anything at all. My advice is to keep going another mile or so to handle your business at a better, safer location. I know I will.
