The heart they place into every order is amazing. I have NEVER had a bad experience. People who have received flowers prepared and delivered by this team have called back with rave reviews. They have truly cornered the market on excellent customer service and producing floral masterpieces! And I have been on the receiving end as my husband cut his allegiance with another company when he heard the rave reviews of D and K. At the moment the doorbell rang I understood why others are so blessed. You can see their heart throughout the gift. If you need flowers delivered in this area D and K is the place. The Customer Service is Absolutely Phenomenal. From the moment the phone was answered, until my delivery was made I was treated like a King. I explained my situation, and my order was handled and delivered with Extreme Care, and a sense of urgency. After I placed my order over the phone, a detailed bill was immediately sent to my email. Amazing place. They allowed each of my three kids to create a bouquet of flowers themselves for their mom's birthday. They went in the back and brought out folding tables so they each had a spot to work. They spent time with each one of my boys, told them about the flowers that they had selected, and helped them wrap and decorate the bouquets.
I will be be doing additional business with them in the future.
