I needed to make copies and arrived at 9:10 am on a Tuesday. Sign said they opened at 9 am. Store is closed. I try calling to see if maybe someone was there but maybe they were running behind on opening but no answer. I left and went to Staples.
Had an appointment here at 10am. No one is here. And the hours say they open at 9.

Took a package on a Mon, paid the extra for priority mail (2-3days). Still wasn't there on Thursday. When questioned, was told, there is no guarantee so tough luck. When I asked why didn't he mention that bit of information, he said his boss says don't tell. Total b.s.
